I'm referring to the Mt.Sinai Aventura Emergency. My initial help on Sunday 2/17/2020 was good thanks to PA Sarah &student nurse I had. The issues came with my follow up care. Which was horrible on 2/19/2020. Noone called Sun night to let me know that I had an intestinal infection. My script wasn't called in and when I called to get it straightened out a secretary Shirley was rude, disrespectful&hung up in my face.
