Service is lacking if you come thru ER pray. Hope you have your own doctor at the Er That can help you. If you get hospitalized good luck as well your doctor can place orders for you they can take days or the staff can decide not to do them. My recommendation be on top of you own stuff aware of what you are taking and what they are doing. Got staff infection cause of there nurse negligence and so on so for your own safety be vigilant of everything and don't trust anything be smart about your own health.

I don't care how good a hospital says it is, but when they lie to you about you're appointment, it's not a good hospital. I had an appointment for an ablation or so I was told. After driving from Marathon to Miami they called me and said the lab didn't have me on the schedule and they were full. Two hours later they said there was a water leak and no procedures were being done.. which story is true? So I spent about 300 dollars for a night in Miami which I hate.
My mother head a heart surgery 2 days ago and the surgery went well. She was transferred to ICU for the 2 days of recovery. They had her sitting up on a chair from the morning and she started having pain from sitting up for so long and I asked a lady at the ICU desk for help to sit her on the bed. She replied " ok I'll get someone there. My mother once again complained after 5 minutes because he pain was again really bad. So I went again and she was there and she had a attitude and was rude the whole time while she sat there... read more

I arrived this morning after a fall in South Beach with a badly lacerated knee 3 days into my vacation from then UK, the care, attention & warmth I received from every single person I encountered was 2nd to none. Special thanks to the fire crew, my nurse Natasha & my lovely doctor (whose name I forget) but had the most gentle hands . A massive THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for making a potentially bad experience into as pleasant an experience as possible, I will always be great full Hazel Mosley ❤️
Wish there was a cleaner hospital on the beach. I was in the er last night. There were ants crawling all over the place, on the stretcher, walls, gross! There was blood on the floor & stretcher. My nurse said he tries not to look around too much~yikes!
I think this hospital is tops. Great Doctors, very clean, friendly staff, great food.
