I had a minor surgical procedure yesterday at Mt Sinai in Miami. I just wanted to give a great big thank you to the wonderful caring staff❤ I was scared n they comforted me throughout my entire procedure! Dr Jose who placed my IV did not even leave a bruise cause of his gentleness n experience! Thank you to Iris Jennifer Matty Joyce in admitting! All the others who helped make my procedure less traumatic... Thank you. Thank you. Thank you‼

They need to shut this entire hospital down. The reception intake, nurses and doctors are very unprofessional. I had a nurse spit into my son's cup and try to make him drink from it. So I plan to sue the crap out of them. Since they force us to receive their awful and very nasty emergency room services.
