I visited this "Dermatologist" to seek for healing solution for some lipoma on my face. That was my first visit to her. I'm on PPO. The first sentence she threw at me is that there is no cure as they are normal for my age (50). She didn't bother to take a closer look. Why not? Because she sat at least 5 feet away from me throughout the whole visit. She didn't give me any suggestion proactively and showed sign of impatience. Well, they have great and friendly estheticians and front-office staff. Not much of a wait to see the doctor. Although when I met Dr. Chen, I felt like she didn't want to answer my questions nor explain much, definitely did not address my skin concerns - which was the reason I was there, and she was not friendly and had no bed-side manners. I felt like she was an elitist - and her take it or leave it attitude was really off-putting. That said, good location, clean environment.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. It was suppose to be a free consultation but in the end, after only 15 mins of meeting with the dr. Chen, the staff charged me $90.
