Rory, always does a GREAT job. Thanks Chem Free for having a team that will go the extra mile & time to figure out what ant or pest is giving me grief.
RecommendedLove my Chem-Free team! We finally have our pest issues under control in a way we can feel good about. All the Chem-Free techs we have worked with are super polite and friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever have an issue between regular maintenance treatments, they are right on it!
Rodney and Chem-Free have for years been doing a great job taking care of our pest-control needs!
RecommendedI use Chem Free both at my home and in my small business. Easy scheduling, immediate service and fair prices keep me as a customer.
RecommendedI've had Chem-Free perform QTRLY service since 2004 and have not had any issues with the service or if there was a need for an out-of-schedule service request. We have birds and cats and they are always careful with their service to accommodate. Definitely recommend!
RecommendedReliable, efficient, responsive to needs and really nice people.
Great on time service.
RecommendedThey have good staff people who are efficient and thorough.
Lost cc info. Claim to have been onsite and werent. Poor customer service. Billy the tech is great. They don't understand cancel services
Business response:
Hi Jamie, Thank you for taking the time to speak with our manager on June 29th. As you are aware, while we have the proper records showing we were at your home, we refunded the final pest control service and apologize for the miscommunication on canceling your services. We are glad we were able to resolve all issues and appreciate your business.
