Chem Free does quarterly inspections and treatments for us, and that generally keeps problems at bay. However any time we see an issue, Travis is out here the same day, usually within an hour or so. He utilizes a online tools to research and identify the specific insect, so the right steps can be taken to eliminate it and prevent further occurrences. Travis is knowledgeable and conducts his inspections in a friendly, professional and unobtrusive manner. Highest marks for Travis and Chem Free!
