Wanted to thank Chem-Dry for pulling me out of a jam. I was promised by the seller that the carpet would be cleaned before we closed on our home, however it was not. My movers were going to be there the next morning and no way did I want them putting everything on the dirty carpet. I called and spoke with Tiffany, GREAT GIRL. She was able to to fit me in to get the carpets cleaned. They arrived as promised and the carpet dried in time for the movers. Thanks to the crew and Tiffany!!!!

Carpet still wet next day! Well, one day after Chem-Dry has been here and I still can not put my furniture in the living room because the carpet is still wet. They came back and tried to dry it up but that didn't work. The tech tried to say my ceiling was leaking, which it isn't. He wanted to know if I had a ladder, so we went to get it and when he checked the ceiling for moisture he did not find any, of course. Wonderful Carpet Cleaner – Let me first say "WOW"! I was impressed with my experience from start to finish. Spoke with Tiffany to book my appointment. She was very knowledgeable about Chem-Dry, how they clean, what they offer, etc.. We even shared a few laughs over my bad little yorkie, Sam. When the tech did come to my home, before he started he explained what they would do and gave me a price for the cleaning. I did have to have extra things done because of Sam. LOVED THIS CARPET CLEANER – A friend recommend me to call this company after renters had destroyed my carpets or so I thought. After calling and explaining the problem, Tiffany said she would send a tech out to look at the carpet to see if it was cleanable. My appointment was made at my convenience, which I forgot about and did'nt show up for. The tech called, and I explained I had forgotten but I could come later. Best carpet cleaners ever – I am a local real estate agent and chem dry always cleans my listings and I am always very impressed with what a great job they do . But today I was over the top impessed when I needed someone out quick to clean carpets with a home that closed the next day they fit me in and did a great job. Customer Service Concern – Wow, we have used Chem dry for years, never used anyone else, they have always done a great job, especially when Justin came, called today because about a month ago some guys came to clean our carpet and they did the dry instead of wet method, I thought it looked good but started noticing more spots showing up this time. Great Customer Service! – I needed my carpets clean ASAP, I called and got same day service. The two guys that came out were wonderful. Justin answered all my questions and was very helpful. My carpets look great. I have a time next week for them to come clean my tile.
