I remember back in 2007 when Mr. Gary Foley, the Assistant Administrator, was in charge of the building when the Administrator was out of his office. He was very conscientious about my concerns for my mother's health. He was very professional when speaking with me, and provided me with a detailed list of interventions he was having the DON work up for my mother's condition. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Yes, they always have specials going on

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they aren't known for being skillful Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot

I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh.

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located
