This Nursing Home appears to be lacking in quality and care. The facility smells of urine the minute you walk onto the floors. This is an indication of poor quality of care for patients and cleanliness of the facility. Th furniture is dilapidated and the rooms don't appear t be properly cleaned.

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

My mother in law was transferred to this facility from Sierra Oaks in Bensalem. Today my husband and I visited Cheltenham Nursing Home to drop off admissions paperwork. We had the pleasure of meeting with Stephanie Anderson-MaKuri, the Business Office Manager. Stephanie was very friendly, very thorough in explaining things to us, and extremely compassionate. What we DIDN'T receive was a call from their social services office. My mother in law arrived at Cheltenham 14 days ago and no one from their social services office call... read more
