Rude and nasty employees. Act like they are doing you a favor. Do not carry through on what they tell you. If there was an alternative supplier I would go with them!
Staff at this location are very professional and friendly! Was fitted and trained on new Cpap machine. Staff took all the time i needed to learn about my new Cpap. Can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location,They are Awesome!
Not the worst. However, keep in mind that just because they are a medical supply company, that doesn't mean they have actual medical knowledge. The people you speak to on the phone about initiating request, are just paper pushers; knowledge of insurance company requirements, but if you ask them about anything slightly medical, such as the difference between a test that insurance uses to qualify (i.e. eliminate you), instead of just saying they don't know the clinical difference, and admitting they are not scientific, they ge... read more
Wonderful experience working with Chelsea Care. April has been an amazing resource to help troubleshoot using my equipment. So glad to have a local shop instead of something online.
I have been getting my CPAP supplies from ChelseaCare for several years. Almost every single interaction has ranged from problematic to a complete hassle. I have had a terrible time getting my prescription squared away with the equipment that I receive, time and time again. ChelseaCare now has a website where you can see all of your supplies listed out and your eligibility to order. I got a new machine three or four months ago and ordered supplies for it immediately.
