Chelsea is an honest and caring person and was a wonderful person to work with. She really looked out for our best interests and went above and beyond in handling details in that regard. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and made herself available whenever needed. We highly recommend Chelsea if you need a realtor in the Redding area.

Cannot say enough good things about Chelsea! She is the most responsive and attentive realtor I have worked with. Her execution was flawless. With her counsel we were able to submit a timely and strategic offer with terms that beat out the others on the table. Her attention and execution persisted even when we decided not to close on this property. Will definitely work with her going forward.

I have been involved in multiple real estate transactions and she pointed out valuable things that didn't even cross my mind and she saved us $$$ in the process. Chelsea Valach will be the only realtor that my wife and I will use. We have know her and her husband for little over three years both professionally and personally. She is prompt, sweet, very knowledgeable about the local market and most of all, very concerned that you get the exact property that you dream of. Chelsea is one of the best realtors I've ever worked with. She demonstrated not only professionalism and experience but also a keen sense of care for me in the home buying process. There were many times when I knew that she cared more for what was best for me than for earning a commission.
