Chelsea was phenomenal throughout my entire home buying process. She took time to find a home that perfectly fits my lifestyle and desires. Throughout the offer and escrow processes she made sure I was getting the best deal possible. The inspectors and professionals that she referred me to were all great. The entire process was seamless because of her knowledge and experience. Escrow closed a week earlier than estimated. I highly recommend her!

Chelsea helped me through a very difficult purchase of a home. It happened in the middle of the wildfires here in Redding. Not only we evacuated from our current home but we were in the middle of escrow on the new purchase. It was extremely stressful and Chelsea was there for us every step of the way. I already have told people that Chelsea Valach is the best realtor we have ever dealt with. She always responded right away to emails or texts. We live out of state and were selling a rental. She handled everything. Had to deal with the renters, rental property management company, all the repairs. She took care of every problem and relieved our stress and worry!
