I'm a Realtor in San Diego and also own Real Estate. I have dealt with a lot of Realtors and Chelsea is definitely one of the best I have ever worked with. She listed and sold two homes for us in Redding. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and knows the business well. I would highly recommend her, and I don't do that very often!

Chelsea helped me through a very difficult purchase of a home. It happened in the middle of the wildfires here in Redding. Not only we evacuated from our current home but we were in the middle of escrow on the new purchase. It was extremely stressful and Chelsea was there for us every step of the way. She is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest and caring. I highly recommend her if you ever need to sell or purchase a home.

I already have told people that Chelsea Valach is the best realtor we have ever dealt with. She always responded right away to emails or texts. We live out of state and were selling a rental. She handled everything. Had to deal with the renters, rental property management company, all the repairs. She took care of every problem and relieved our stress and worry! Also she recommended selling at a higher price, Had 2 offers in one week and got more than we were asking!

I live in Maryland , but needed to sell a rental property I had in Redding. Selling or buying a property is stressful enough when you are in the state the transaction is taking place let alone being on the other side of the nation. From the beginning Chelsea was our advocate and represented our needs and desires well. Friendly and genuine, yet she knew when and how to negotiate so that we paid a fair price on all our transactions. Chelsie was a absolute pleasure to work with. She was reliable, responsive and helped sell our home for a great price. She reduced her fees and gave a few closing gifts that greatly helped. My only complaint about Chelsie would be, she didnt always keep us perfectly informed of inspection dates.

I've never loved a real estate experience more than when working with Chelsea Valach. She is efficient, knowledgable and so easy to work with. She is highly respected by other agents because of her high integrity and work ethic too. My home sold very quickly. I would use Chelsea again in a heartbeat for any real estate need I had in the Redding area. Highly recommend.
