Not quite a CrossFit gym but they do have CrossFit type workouts. I go there occasionally when in town. Not bad if you're in the area
Steve is a phenomenal, welcoming coach/operator of Chelsea S&C / Clocktower. The gym is large enough to comfortably host classes and take in drop-ins in you're town looking for a HIIT or CrossFit option. The members here are welcoming and eager to meet/greet you on your first day to make sure you feel like you're at home. This is without a doubt the best gym within 10-15 miles to build strength, get in your cardio, and find a great community along your fitness journey.
