This company is so UNPROFESSIONAL. The staff at ***** Crossing Apartments at **** **** **** ****** road. With the exception of LaShell And Sharlett who have been helpful. The manager at sunridge has been everything but professional to me. There was an issue with a payment for rent back In feb that led to a late fee although I provided proof to corporate showing that the money was in my account. No hot water for 9 days it comes on Easter and is off the next day and has been since i wrote this. I am 66 years old with serious health problems and when you ask about the hot water they become confrontational and threatened me. The police came and i filed verbal threat charges and along comes the same officer saying now they want to file charges on me a 66 year old man with a pacemaker and quadruple bypass i have trouble walking much less threatening 2 young maintenance men. The Parc Apartments in Denham is a very poorly run complex. Not only does it smell like dog **** everywhere, but nothing is taken care of. When it comes to the business office and maintenance request being completed, they are terrible and extremely inefficient as well as liars. This place is very unprofessional they lie about everything and dont respond to anything it's a money raquet here scammers it seems like they pocket your money here for every incident or late charge with no grace period is 50 or 75 dollars the contract is not honored different charges in you bill every month which consistently goes higher no security new employees constantly ta so untrue and fairly here nothing but liars big turn over I wouldn't advise anyone to live here over charging tenants
