DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT GROUP!!!! LIES LIES LIES - ONLY CONCERNED WITH THE BOTTOM LINE! HAVE LIVED THERE FOR 3 YEARS AND THEY RAISED MY RENT AT A RIDICULOUS RATE, AND DID NOT GIVE ME THE FULL 60 DAYS NOTICE OF THIS RAISE AND MY OPTIONS, SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO RENEW UNLESS I WANTED TO BE PENALIZED. I HAVE THE PAPER, THEY GAVE ME 42 DAYS. THEN WHEN I WENT TO SIGN THE LEASE THEY SAID THE 8 MONTHS WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE SO IT HAD TO BE A 6 MONTHS LEASE. Failure to make up stairs neighbor follow lease agreements. Kids running, jumping thur out the day. Furniture been dragged across the floor late at night, you never get Any sleep. When you call to complaint manager Avoid your phone calls ,you leave a message they never return your calls. Where is the quiet time all tentative should be made to follow the lease agreements they signed.

horrible management . pest is unbelievably everywhere , in the lights , in the carpets , in beds , food , cabinets , jours .

My brother lived at Abode Red Rock (Sunridge Management Group parent company) in Las Vegas for over a year. He suffered from mental illness and was evicted during the moratorium on evictions - in May of 2021. He hadn't paid rent in almost 3 months. He lived on the street for 6 weeks. He collapsed and passed away from heat stroke on a 115 degree day in Las Vegas on June 17. His internal temp was 106.5 degrees. So I was staying over with a friend at the eagle crossing apartments (managed by sun ridge properties). I used their online parking registration website to register my car at 12:43am. We checked that the car was successfully registered before we went to bed. I wake up at 10 am, to find my car gone. That was odd to me because the manager herself and her assistant manager had told us that visitor parking was "any uncovered spot". I have been having problems with ****** Ranch Apartments since Feb 2021 ever since the winter storm Keke and Kita were so unhelpful and rude when my apartment was flooded and damaged due to the pipes. I can NOT get anyone to call me back. We had an issue at one of the properties that I need to be resolved and NO ONE will call me back... and it's about getting money back so if I was thinking about renting from ANY of their places I would think twice and also look at all the BAD reviews... There is a REASON for them.

I'm speaking on behalf of my neighbor because what happened to her is unacceptable. She didn't ask me to, but the tenants and public need to know what kind of business bought our apartments. I'm not sure if corporate knows what the office manager did and if they do then they're no better. My neighbor who is an older lady with severe hip problems and can barely walk has been patiently waiting for a downstairs two bedroom unit since before the previous owners sold.
