Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The view was incredible, the food was wonderful, but the service was over the top! My wife is disabled and was having a very bad day with her disability. Everyone, starting with the front desk was more than willing to assist her. What shocked us was when Everett offered to help walk her to the restroom, to the valet station and down the stairs. He even checked on her periodically. It was excellent! Service was good, ppl were fun, it was a great time!
We go to the waterfront EVERY July 4th.. besides the festive special day it is, it also is my in-laws wedding anniversary and my mother in-laws birthday. No pressure. We give them the choice of anywhere they want, and EVERY YEAR we are all together on the outside deck enjoying each others company eating FABULOUS food, getting INCREDIBLE service, with BEAUTIFUL views, having FUN listening to the live band, after we move to the grass by the fire pit. Good place to sit outside and have some drinks. Staff hustles as it's always busy. But the food is mediocre....
Great Band Witzend. Food and service Great! Nicely accommodated our Meet up group.
Parking is dreadful drove in circles for 45 minutes waiting for someone to pull out. Not worth it rather go to Jamestown or Newport
Absolutely Delicious, atmosphere, the staff and food was something that made the beginning of my trip worth the visit, will go back.

Service was real slow....Went twice this week and both times the kitchen was really behind, we were told. Gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first slow kitchen night, then it was the same the next time.
