Anything you order is going to be fantastic. Every vegan restaurant in CT should make it a point to get som food from Chef Sil and study it. Every single offering is packed with flavor but not confused. Cooked perfectly, prepared perfectly, seasoned perfectly. Her dishes also look great without being pretentious. Ate early dinner there at gastropark , food came out fast and one of the cooks found me and hand delivered my meal with a smile , everything was unbelievably good , highly recommend this spot to anyone with an appetite ,vegan or not (im not) and will definitely make this truck a regular stop
Chef Sil makes THE BEST vegan food. I know people are stand off-ish when it comes to vegan cuisine, but Sil intertwines her Spanish background with a twist, along with other favorites like sushi, bao buns, & don’t get me started on her corn muffins.
Ordered some food from Chef Sil for some Vegan members of my family for the Holiday. They were so impressed as was the nonvegans of the family including myself were blown away by the Paella the Chef made. Absolutely delicious !! Will definitely be ordering again.. Thank you Chef Sil..
