Over the years I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Everyone is always very pleasant and the atmosphere is a happy one. The staff seems to be the same people which tells me that Dr. Bakken is a good employer.
From the front office to the back where the work is done, I always walk out of this office feeling taken care of. I appreciate their patience in explaining billing and procedures. Dr. Bakken always says "please" when he asks a patient to do something. Little courtesies mean a lot!
Tremendous, caring doctor, hygienist and office staff. Phone calls from the doctor himself after a procedure to see how you're doing. At 66, I'v learned a more effective way to brush teeth from the hygienist. The office staff is very patient with scheduling and always greets you by your first name when you walk in the door. I've had lots of dentists in my lifetime. Wish I could have had this practice first!
I have been a patient of Dr Bakken for years. Even while living in Connecticut for 5 years I traveled back to see him twice a year. His care and service is top notch. I highly recommend him and his staff for all your dental care.
