I have always enjoyed Cheddar's, but tonight's experience will be my last one there. It took 15 minutes after being seated for the waitress to even show up to take our drink orders. Then, after at least a 30 minute wait, we watched another waiter attempt to serve our dinner to another table, then return it to the kitchen. Extremely disappointed in today's experience. We went to Cheddars to celebrate two birthdays, and what a shocking experience! Extremely slow service (15 minutes from seating until initial drink order), food order, which took over 30 minutes to receive, was cold and both waitress Lauren and manager (unsure of his name) were rude about remaking the order so it was somewhat edible, and heaven forbid should you expect a drink refill. Ordered lunch through a delivery service. My "loaded" baked potato was a plain potato rolled in salt and a teaspoon of cheese thrown into a separate Styrofoam container. In what way is this acceptable?
Great food and great drinks and awesome service!!!
Great choice of food on menu and great service. We were there for dinner on a week night which got very busy around 6:15 PM.
