I liked the food but the waiter came to take the order bring the drinks and NEVER came back. So our drinks were empty. He was happy to give us the cheak and get his tip. I still don't know why we even tipped him. Looking at the other reviews chedders never commented back to any CUSTOMERS. I hope they all lose there jobs and learn better customer service to really earn the tip. Chedders sucks still , close the place down for a better place
Really disappointed in the service today, waiter forgot our appetizer, didn’t even put it in. The wait for our salads was way too long and the croissant that came with the salads were stale and not even warm like they usually are. Not to mention they even tasted odd. I don’t know if the guy was new or something. His personality was there but the service wasn’t even present.
Food was very greasy and I couldn't even eat it. You could tell the server didn't care. I'm been working in the food industry for 14 years and this was just ridiculous. My food was untouched and she asked If I wanted a Togo box and I said no it was horrible. She the. Just said ok. A server who actually cared would have appreciated apologized and see if there was something else they could get me or take it off my bill. She was just going through the motions. Horrible experience.
I went to lunch with my dad yesterday and it was great. My dad is on a strict no salt diet. They made his fish with no spices and he lived it. I got fish with just a little blackened. It was great. Sometimes they overdue the spices but yesterday was great
THIS PLACE SUCKS AND SO DOES FACEBOOK BECAUSE IT CRASHED MY REVIEW AS SOON AS I HIT SUBMIT AND IM NOT RETYPING IT. HOPING I DONT HAVE TO GO TO THE ER TONIGHT FOR FOOD POISONING!!! IF YOU EAT HERE, EXPECT YOUR FOOD TO BE COLD, THE BILL TO BE WRONG, THE SERVICE TO BE HORRIBLE AND RUDE WAITRESSING TO OCCUR!!!! When our waitress Lauren gave us the bill and said "no hurry", then she muttered "hopefully in a timely fashion". That was rude!!!!
