Ordered a beer at the beginning and a water. The waiter deliverd water to the other 2 people and forgot my beer and water. Asked again and he brought the beer only. Asked again for my water. The waiter also forgot the mayo with the burger. Asked again and still no response. Gave up. The waiter was too busy blabbing with other tables.
All ways good and great prices with great service.
I gave it a 3 because my wife and I have been going to Cheddars for many years and the service equaled to the quality of the food. Well on Friday night we were there and our server didn't get my wife's drink right twice and my wife reminded him what her drink was supposed to be twice and still got it wrong so we just went with it. The server then got my meal wrong then I reminded him what I ordered and fixed it. We usually have a awesome time for the many times that we have been there. Love their broccoli and cheese casserole side dish
Haven't been to Cheddar's in years. Came tonight and ordered a steak. Had a chef come ask clarification on how I liked my steak. First time that's ever happened! Rather than guess and get it wrong (which happens a lot) he took the time to make sure I would get what I wanted. AWESOME customer service. My visit has already been made and we haven't even gotten our food yet. Keep up the good work!
