Absolutely pitiful service! Not busy at all, waiters and waitresses standing around everywhere, but did my drink get refilled..... NO! Poor service and some of the staff had a very unprofessional appearance! Now I remember why I do NOT come here very often!
RecommendedWe recently visited this restaurant for the first time, all of our food was great and we received it really quickly which is amazing because we were there as part of a second grade field trip with many classes. Will definitely go back when we are in Kingsport again.
I used to really like this place. One of my favorites. Not anymore . Ate there the other day . Smelled really weird like they used old mop water to clean . Our waitress didn’t ask to refill our drinks. Acted nice, but like we were a bother .. either she was really busy or she just didn’t want to do her job. The food was bland. It’s use to be so much better. For the cost, to me wasn’t worth it. Won’t be going back .
Our waitress was nice but it took about 40 minutes to get our food. I had ordered a baked potaoe with my sandwich and my friend ordered mashed potatoes as our sides. It took 30 minutes after they brought our food to get our potatoes therefore our food was cold from waiting to get our meal completed. Not worth it!

Never again. Went a couple of weeks ago on Friday night. Got a drink ordered food. Food came, ate a few bites, drink was empty, stopped eating in hopes waiter would come and refill, he brought my ticket instead. I asked for a refill then he got mad. He’s more suited for fast food work. He needs to get his teeth fixed too it’s gross. Called manager and asked them to talk to him about what happened but they really seemed to not care. Never going back there.

Worst service ever! It took forever to any bread. Our waitress never seen about us. She rushed us out by offering dessert less then halfway through our meal!
