We had a party of 5. Although the restaurant was packed, we were seated as soon as we walked in! Took a little longer for the food to arrive, but due to the number of people dining, it was completely understandable. The meals were delicious and we all left with full tummies and a smile. Staff was very friendly and did a wonderful job. Even the manager was helping to host and serve food to the guests. That’s what I call teamwork!
We had a party of 7 arriving at 10:40pm (there had been a big race in town with thousands of people participating that had just finished and most restaurants were packed). The posted closing time on the restaurant door was 11:30pm. When we arrived the hostess (although I believe might have been manager) was extremely annoyed that we’d even consider coming in at that time. Always good food, reasonably priced!
Slow service. Took over 30 minutes to get our food and the establishment was not busy. They were experiencing bar issues ( no tonic water and warm beer) our server stated that the beer lines had been down all day. The waitress even commented that they always have “ bar” issues. We have noticed a steady decline in the establishment over past few months.
Absolutely pitiful service! Not busy at all, waiters and waitresses standing around everywhere, but did my drink get refilled..... NO! Poor service and some of the staff had a very unprofessional appearance! Now I remember why I do NOT come here very often!
RecommendedWe recently visited this restaurant for the first time, all of our food was great and we received it really quickly which is amazing because we were there as part of a second grade field trip with many classes. Will definitely go back when we are in Kingsport again.
I used to really like this place. One of my favorites. Not anymore . Ate there the other day . Smelled really weird like they used old mop water to clean . Our waitress didn’t ask to refill our drinks. Acted nice, but like we were a bother .. either she was really busy or she just didn’t want to do her job. The food was bland. It’s use to be so much better. For the cost, to me wasn’t worth it. Won’t be going back .
Our waitress was nice but it took about 40 minutes to get our food. I had ordered a baked potaoe with my sandwich and my friend ordered mashed potatoes as our sides. It took 30 minutes after they brought our food to get our potatoes therefore our food was cold from waiting to get our meal completed. Not worth it!
Good service ... Friendly staff we had a good experience ..
