We went there this evening around 6. There were empty parking spots, empty tables and not many people waiting. I went to the hostess stand and she said it was 45 minutes to an hour wait. I told her to forget it. We would go somewhere else. How could it possibly have been that long of a wait?
Arrived at 6:30p. After waiting long time to place order, they were out of what i had decided on. 8:15p food arrives cold and missing half of what was ordered by the table. Was told they are out of those things too. Drinks were never refilled. How do places stay in business! We left. So did the table next to us, and another table was complaining about their order.

My husband and I took his sister out to eat for her birthday Dec. 13, 2018 at the Kingsport, Tenn resturant and our experience was bad. everything we ordered they were out of. This was 4p.m. No meatloaf, no rice, the tea was old tasting. Will be a long time before going back. Spent almost $50 and what we got wasn't worth the money.
They need to bring back their French salad dressing and their 1000 Island salad dressing cause when we found out that they did not have it any more we canceled our salad orders. That’s just not right in this part of the country, a lot of people use these salad dressings.
food was great and service was excellent!
I have the hardest time calling in an order to pick up. Happens frequently. Tried calling twice tonight and was put on hold 5 minutes each call until I gave up. I guess when businesses dont have time to take your order then its time to not go there anymore. Bad service if you cant go dine in.
