The food was excellent, but, besides that, the waiter/ staff, were friendly, professional and helpful. I requested a special dressing and even though they didn't carry it, they made it for me in their kitchen. It was great tasting. Above and beyond!
The Food And Drinks Were Delicious. The Service And Our Waitor Were Awesome. I Enjoyed It And Had A Great Time With My Best Friend And My Family.
For many years Cheddar's has been my favorite place to have lunch, however the last several meals there have been so disappointing. I thought maybe I had just gotten the occasional "bad day" service, but it keeps happening. My last visit was 11:30 on a Thursday. Not crowded and I was seated immediately. 15 minutes later a waitress showed up. When we finally received our food, the spinach dip was cold, not lukewarm, cold. The chips were stale. We went last night 9/21 for a birthday celebration. The waitress never took the first dirty dish off the table. They did keep ice cream cake in frig. She brought it out ,while having hard time to set it down. I guess so, our table was full of dirty dishes. The real kicker ..... she brought us really HOT plates for an Ice Cream cake!! REALLY! Once the bill was paid ...she never came back to the table. no napkins for cake ,no refill on drinks. This was my last time there!!
Y’all cheddars in Kingsport has went down hill and it makes me sad that used to be my go to place and now i don’t know if I’ll go back. When me and Cody went one day he got the chicken tenders and they were raw. Last time we went our spinach dip was only halfway full if that and so burnt you couldn’t even eat it hardly.
