So far so good.
Scott was super nice and attentative. The mechanic buffed the oxidation out of my headlights and showed me how it was done. He changed my oil and I watched too and was able to look under the car. Both guys are very down to earth! They do what they can to work to get you right pricing. Honest! I love my RAV4. Stacie
Dealer contacted me with all the info after the second email I sent. Which is fine, people are busy. Didn't end up buying the car due to undesirable Carfax issues.

Salesman Sno was very honest, helpful and negotiable. He helped out for my test drive with patience. He was very willing and straight to the point onto showing Carfax Report and giving an offer which would work for both of us. He had never been pushy and aggressive like other young salesmen. I felt very comfortable doing business with him. I would not have considered about buying the vehicle if it wasn't him helping me on that day. Excellent experiences.
