Aali was awesome!!
Today l took my pristine Mini in for an oil change. I had joined the Oil Change Plan therefore there was no fee for my service. My car comes out with the CHECK ENGINE light on The person that changed the oil caused this and just pretended not to notice. Must not have a QUALITY CONTROL PERSON to check behind these inexperienced people. I believe that this person messed up my car and drove it out and gave the keys to service desk.
