My experience was fantastic from start to finish. The process was easy, and Elijah was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. He understood exactly what I was looking for, guided me with confidence, and made everything smooth. Thanks to his exceptional service, I was able to drive home the same day in my new MINI Cooper JCW, and I couldn’t be happier.
Where do I even begin? We had brought our minis in to this dealership multiple times. I have a 2015 mini countryman s. We kept telling them it was going through oil and burning white smoke. We told them we thought it was the valve stem and seals and to please do that repair. Even after seeing all the smoke , they said “our engine reader doesn’t throw that code, it says it’s this, you’re not burning oil, it’s just residue in the tail pipe and will burn off soon” - we knew that didn’t sound right. I always go to this location for service and, in typical Mini style, they are very customer service oriented! I have worked with Daniel quite a bit and he is great about keeping me updated on the status of my Mini and keeping an eye out for anything my car might need.
