BEWARE!! Service department personnel are rude, did not come out to bay as the email stated they would, left a customer's car parked the wrong way in the only bay with a green light making entering difficult, were rude, would not accommodate my appointment for an oil change while waiting. People here rave about their purchase experience but I overlooked how many people point out how awful the service department is. I honestly don’t know what to say, my experience has so far been So disappointing. I’m shocked that I’m having problems with a Checkered Flag Mini Dealer. There is no such thing as a good repair shop, they don’t exist anymore. I’m left with what to do next, do I need to drive 100s of miles to find a certified repairman that won’t do more damage than I came in with, will he be honest when he says “he can fix my car” ? Thank you Aali for being so rad! I’m new to NC and getting a new car has been on my to do list - honestly a dreaded item on my list. I loved my Mercedes but it was time and I’d been eyeing the Mini Countryman for a while. They happened to have the exact model I was interested in and the buying and trade-in process was extremely easy. Really pleased through and through.
