The management team at this Checkered flag Audi in Virginia Beach don't respond to any emails or messages from customers. I sent 3 consecutive emails to 3 different level managers complaining about my time that was wasted in a first attempt to fix a rattling noise coming from the sunroof ( Q5) . I was given a much later day appointment because they didn't have the loaner available, or a ride back home for me. ( their website offer these amenities if you do service at their shop). Just an awful experience with this dealership time after time. The service department is completely not reliable or knowledge. I have been provided with misguided information when it come to servicing my vehicle. Im currently an Jaguar owner I came to the location for the past 2 1/2yrs because it my nearest store but with the most stress. My vehicle currently there now was an unresolve issue that there certified techncian is playing a guessing game on my time and expensive. I got into an accident today and I made 8 calls to the Porsche dealership and talked to several people. Despite having only had maintenance there in the past 3 years, I received no help trying to arrange for my car to be taken there. I still don't have an appointment to take my non drivable car there for repair. I was told by three different employees that I would get a call back today and I didn't. Nobody return my call. I experienced an unsatisfactory repair of my Jaguar. I returned the vehicle and it remained in the shop for weeks. When I picked it up, it was still not corrected. I made numerous calls, left messages and sent letters management. In addition, I responded to the survey forwarded by Jaguar corporate regarding my experience. I am highly disappointed that my issue was not resolved. I'm even more appalled with the response from management and the lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
