These people are lazy and slumlords on a company level. Majority of the staff are rude (ESPECIALLY Jeanie!), and if you are experiencing problems with your neighbors, good luck! It doesn't matter if they party every day of the week and as late as they want, or have screaming matches with their bf/gf/husband/wife outside for everyone to hear; you will be expected to deal with it. Worst landlords ever! Don’t expect your deposit back like the contract says. They are never there when you need them. Landscape is terrible. Snow removal none. I left that place better than I found it. Their auto pay app charged me rent twice two months in a row. Their maintenance man started looking through the house until he realized I had cameras.
