This company took a deposit of $200 to reserve a spot. I venmo"d the money and they never showed up to pick up the vehicle. They said that the shipping company's trailer broke down and they were finding me another carrier. Which days went by then they said, it will cost more money to deliver at $1700.00. I've decided to not ship the car and it's been months and I'm still trying to get my deposit back. Do not go with this company, they will rip you off.
Great company, I needed my car shipped and they came through for me even received my vehicle a day early. I was impressed. Definitely would recommend them.
This was an amazing company! I usually never write reviews but cant help it. I had heard horrific stories about people trying to ship cars and was super nervous. But Cheapautotrans was so easy, seamless and professional.
I needed to transport my car across the country, I worked with ***** he gave me a price that we both agreed upon. I signed the contract and he said he will reserve a spot for me and my car will be picked ** in 2 days because of the weekend. Coming Monday, **** is no where to be found, not ***** is handling it, saying I didn't reserve a spot, and he is finding me a new driver and now it's gonna cost me $300 extra on the original agreement. Received a quote quickly and the rep Noah was very professional and clear in what next steps would entail, etc. The assigned driver was very responsive from pick up to delivery, handled my vehicle with care and delivered it much earlier than expected. Great experience ðŸ‘.
