When they call you they will promise transportation in 1-2 days then wait for you to send deposit via cash app/zelle/Venmo ( red flag) I didn't know you couldn't contest for incomplete services through them. My fault. They took my 150 deposit and never sent a transporter, when I went to request the deposit back they changed the zelle email
I tried to book a reservation to ship our car from NY to FL with cheapautotrans.com in Georgia in mid October 2021. I spoke to a Davin Adams who quoted a price and took my credit card info for the deposit of $175 (however, this charge was never processed on the card and we put a dispute on the card in case it appeared, and so far it has not).
