PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My wife and I gave these people a $200 deposit with an agreement to pick our vehicle up from Washington on 3/22/2022 and transport to NC. On the 22nd they told us they didnt have a driver and asked us for a higher amount of money than what we agreed on. They then told us they had a driver on the 24th of March but on the 24th we were told the drivers truck broke down. Picked up my vehicle and delivered it on time the very next day. Price of my transport went up from the original agreed upon value but only because of ****** and gas prices. Good experience
AVOID AT ALL COST. Cheapautotrans !!! You will be rip off in a broad daylight. Their brokers are lairs, thieves and scammers who will stick around you until your deposit is collected from you. They will give you a bogus driver, lie to you which ever way they see fit and then disappears on you .Your vehicle will never be picked up. And you will never get your deposit back. Take it from me. Very great company. Cheapautotrans was very professional. You receive quotes quickly and the communication is phenomenal. The customer service is top tier and fantastic. I would highly recommend using their services and I will be a forever customer. They always follow through and deliver on time and your vehicle will be in safe hands and great condition.
Complete rip-off! Assured me of pickup for 5 straight days only to have under bid the job and failed to deliver. I would highly advise anyone shipping a vehicle vet the company youre using. These brokers like to promise you the world without any assurances they can deliver on their promises. Awful! Just awful!
