Overall experience was okay, I will say the prices was different from the original quote. Representative did do his best to get my cars shipped and didnt take long from coast to coast.

My experience was GREAT! I'm actually shocked by any negative review. **** was my agent and provided excellent customer service making sure I understood the process and what to expect. I had my car shipped from GA to ********* and will continue using Cheap Auto Trans in the future.

I was pretty surprised at how they picked up and delivered my car so fast. Very good service and stayed in touch the whole time. FANTASTIC! Also One of the most efficient and quick car shippers I've ever dealt with.

I was skeptical at first but this agency worked out well for us. I would say you take a risk with ANY auto transport company when using for the first time. There are numerous people involved, language barriers, etc but when I voiced ALL of my concerns and hesitation my contact was reassuring, helpful and proactive. He kept in contact with me the whole time. I would suggest using *************************** as he is the one I had experience with. I had a magnificent experience in Cheap Auto Trans. My child was on organization and returned sooner than anticipated. It was absolutely impossible that I could get his truck to him before he got back. I called CAT and they got it going. Very nearly a **** mile trip and the truck was hanging tight for my child when he showed up. Much obliged. Assuming I at any point need to ship another vehicle, I will utilize Cheap Auto Trans without a doubt

******** was great and helped with the transition with ease. The day of the transport the trucking company escalated the fee. ******** fought and got the trucking company to get that fee lowered then what they wanted it too. I understand fuel prices are crazy. I just do acknowledge that ******** went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate that big time!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I made my reservations in April ** pick up May 27th the day of pick up they said the drivers were trying to get more money and they were trying to find a driver that would pick up my car I said Ive already given you a deposit we have agreed-upon the balance ***** from cheap auto transport said dont worry dont worry Ill be finding you something I was so angry Ive never received a call back since May 27 I asked for my deposit back no call no text no email nobody will return my call . Please Please Stay away from these Con Men. Contact Person **** is a fraud, the company states they are located at ********************************************************************** I spoke to the Leasing Agent no such company exist. The Agent stated that there is a bunch of guys staffers leasing a space there which I believe works in conning consumers. I paid a $150 deposit via cashapp to have my car transported no one showed up, I then asked for my deposit and these guys refuse to return my deposit. By the look of thin... read more

Quoted a little over a grand, ended up costing over 2700.00.I'm thinking they really need to take a course in estimating. Pretty sad.
