I had a very frustrating experience today at Chavis Heights Park due to the unprofessional and unhelpful behavior of a woman named Andrea who works there. She outright refused to allow anyone to use the bathroom, despite multiple people, including children and elderly individuals, clearly needing it. When asked why the facility wasn’t available, Andrea simply stated, “These are the hours we keep this lot,” with no further explanation or empathy. It was dismissive and lacked basic courtesy.
