He listens to my concerns, but twice accused me of lying. I don’t lie. I was able to show proof that I had canceled an appointment and was not lying through my cell phone. He didn’t believe me until I showed him. His staff is beyond rude. They make mistakes and are not apologetic. They are awful. Once I had to wait nearly three hours. Very polite, caring doctor. Listens well to you. Helped me through a difficult time. Staff is nice, too.
As mentioned before, his staff is atrocious. They have incorrectly processed my wife's medication request numerous times. When she calls to try to have them correct the problem, they are dismissive and rude and she has to badger them to even make a half-hearted attempt to rectify the situation. I shudder to think of how many of his other patients don't have access to their medications that help them function on a day to day basis. I have went without my meds for too long to report anything in a good light. I will say I have finally learned the " problem" is the staff that he hires. They do not care about people. Some people simply do not belong in mental health regardless of whether they work in the back room or direct contact. If these reviews indicate a low score for this M.D. I would be willing to bet it is due to his staff. They are totally irresponsible!
He seriously listens and reviews my medical records from other doctors. He's very responsive and returns my calls immediately, even on the weekends. His office staff treat me like a human being, not like a patient. I highly recommend him as my other doctors do.
We came in for a consultation. Due to my son's age we were told the therapy would not be covered by insurance. They billed insurance and sent us a bill that we were not expecting. I tried to speak with the office manager to rectify the situation, but she was rude and condescending. They would not accept any fault, and seemed to be focused on making money above the care of their patients. Very disappointed. Stay away from this practice
Dr. Chaturvedi got me back on my feet and able to enjoy life again. Unfortunately he dropped me as a patient because I missed two appointments over three years. The office staff are very rude and share no empathy to your situation. I do not recommend this facility.
