DO NOT GO FOR MENS/SHORT HAIR CUT HERE. The side of the haircut should have been faded/blended, the cut is so choppy and uneven you can see the line where it switches from one length to another. He showed a picture of hair cut he wanted and his hair was cut completely different. She said because his type of he can not have that cut. I had booked an appointment at your Dartmouth location for my daughter to have her hair cut prior to a scheduled family photoshoot. The appointment was rescheduled twice, and I was eventually informed that she could not be accommodated at that location. Your staff then arranged for an appointment at the Bayer’s Lake location, two hours before our photoshoot. Today was my first time going to chatters, and I had a wonderful hairstylist named Leeanne.She listened to what I wanted and I finally got the style that I like after going to multiple salons. She is so down to earth,friendly and sweet. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend going to Leeanne!!!

Booked online with a Master stylist. Asked for a finger wave and went in expecting this. Was told I couldn't have the specific style as "I haven't done that since school" ended up with a style only that was a blow out, nothing fancy with no cut. Still paid full price. Unfortunately I am very unhappy with my experience. Make sure you call and consult first
