I had my eyebrows waxed i told her how i want them to be but they ruined shape and ripped my skin off. Will never visit again

DO NOT GO FOR MENS/SHORT HAIR CUT HERE. The side of the haircut should have been faded/blended, the cut is so choppy and uneven you can see the line where it switches from one length to another. He showed a picture of hair cut he wanted and his hair was cut completely different. She said because his type of he can not have that cut. I had booked an appointment at your Dartmouth location for my daughter to have her hair cut prior to a scheduled family photoshoot. The appointment was rescheduled twice, and I was eventually informed that she could not be accommodated at that location. Your staff then arranged for an appointment at the Bayer’s Lake location, two hours before our photoshoot.
