They never answer their phone, always have the "we're currently serving other patients" message turned on, regardless of when you call or if they are actually helping other people or not.
Poor personality, more interested in checking off the charge sheet than interacting with and treating the patient. Poor surgical skills. Know several, including myself, who have had complications from relatively minor procedures. Suggest you try another doctor/group, perhaps Dr. Rodney Susong. The Reynolds group recently lost their very best doctor, Jeff Ligon, to brain cancer
