Made an appointment on 9/1 for 9/3. I was never told to arrive 30 minutes prior to the appointment and was never sent paperwork (via mail or email). Because of this, I was not allowed to even see the physician despite none of that being my fault. I took off half a day of work....
I went there several years they put me on several different meds .That Never Helped Me.It Was Just Like I Had Never Went To Them!!
RecommendedAmazing neurologist and very caring and when he gives shots and nerve conduction study he is the best! He is very smart and understanding and want's to know what's wrong and how to make you better doing what he can and see you for what you need done. COME TO HIM FOR WHATEVER NEUROLOGICAL NEEDS.

Went there several years ago for Migraines. It wasn't a very clean place and the doctor had a dirty white shirt on.
Our visits so far have been on time, personable, kind, helpful in regard to the path of Alzheimer’s for my husband.
I loved Dr. Ackel but the front desk staff are horrible! Because I missed appts due to working full time and caring for my brother with Down syndrome I was kicked out of the practice entirely! They will not provide services for me even though they see my wife as well! This is terrible! We quickly realize that it is all about making money and nothing to do with the patients. Thanks but no thanks!
