I had a CT in April and paid my bill in full. Their billing department filed my claim with the wrong code not the one approved by my Dr so the claim was denied. I have been calling about this since April still with no resolution. My out of pocket is now met and everything I paid to then would need to be paid back to me. RecommendedSuper nice medical staff although the front desk could use a little help, everyone has a bad day once in a while. They are beefing up their technology and doing a little remodeling. I recommend them and will be going back (as needed LOL)
The wait time is ridiculous! We waited over an hour just for one single knee xray! After asking the receptionist a few times what was going on she said they only had one rad tech right now since the other one was at lunch and she was doing MRIs. They could have mentioned this me before waiting over an hour.
