This company sucks. How do they stay in business. They treat customers like crap. I am in terrible pain and have been trying to get a CT scan for over a month. 4 times they have postponed my appointment; twice because they had no tech to operate the machine and twice because they failed to get the insurance authorization. The exam was scheduled 3 weeks ago and they call me the day before the exam to tell me there is a problem with the insurance authorization. Now I can understand maybe having to postpone one time, but 4 time... read more
This place needs a lot of organization. They never answer the phone. After my doctors office called me and had not gotten the results I then went by and they gave me a written report but said a cd was $25. The report says the study was hampered by motion degrading detail. Go elsewhere.
