Our experience was actually at T&T golf carts but it is ran by the same family so I will put it here as well. Didn't actually get to purchase a golf cart but after reading reviews I'm assuming that is a blessing. We made an appointment over the phone to purchase a specific golf cart and upon arrival were told it was sold. The guy that we made the appointment with wasn't even working. Please ignore my review, it was meant for Golf Carts of Chattanooga, NOT Chattanooga Golf Carts!
When I bought my cart I was very happy with them but in the last year I have had 2 wheel brakes go bad and was told that sliding caused. I have never slid & the last one I was going less than 7mph when it failed. I asked about warrant help & was informed that all electrical products did not have warranty! It’s an electric cart? Be wary if you deal with this company !
