My wife and I bought a new Lance 1985 travel trailer off of Chattanooga Fish and Fun in October of 2025. We had a number of warranty issues that they said they would take care of. After many phone calls, talking to them, and not getting any help, we realize after 4 months we are being ignored. I had to contact Lance directly and they have no record of Chattanooga Fish and Fun contacting Lance about our travel trailer or the parts we needed. Buyer beware!
