Our experience has been both good, then bad. My mother had a good experience with Dr Greer, therefore I set an appointment for my husband to get a second option on a condition labeled by another ENT. I called the office, explained our situation, at NO TIME did they say they needed a referral. The day before the appointment we had to reschedule due to the flu, again no mention of a referral. 45 minutes the of the rescheduled appointment, on our way to the appointment, the office calls asking for the referral. This is the second time in office that we’ve had to wait well over an hour past our appointment time in the waiting room. Plus extra waiting time back in the room. The Dr was great with surgery for my son’s tongue tie but the wait times are ridiculous. There’s not reason to schedule so many people if your appointment times aren’t actually accurate. If I could leave a zero or minus I would. Yesterday 1-12-26, my 77 year old mother had an appt with Doctor (Peter S. ) to look over 3 thyroid nodule ultrasound results that one we had already been advised needed a biopsy done ASAP due to the size . My mother is a cancer survivor, has altimezers ,pace maker and a few more health issues .. for sure not in good health but she does have great spirits! I came in for a 9:30 am appointment. No paperwork was emailed prior to the appointment. As I scheduled the appointment the woman said she didn’t need anything from me. I come in 5 minutes early the lady at the counter says she has to have my insurance card. I advised her that I have yet to receive a card in the mail but I provided her with my member ID and all additional information needed. She states that they still need a card in file.
