I noticed my tire leaking air I noticed my tire leaking air due to a nail. I drove it in to Chatsworth and he took my information, fixed the tire and when I asked about payment he said free of charge. I told him I hadn't purchase the tires there and he said well remember us next time. Thank you, and I will be back!

My car had a problem My car had a problem so I had to replace one of my tires last week. The tire was almost new (I got it back in December) and due to my shocks the tire was no longer good. I took it to the guys and unfortunately the tire is not covered under warranty because it wasn't a manufacturers defect. I didn't mind, its not their fault my shocks took a dump. Love this Store!! Love this Store!! I've been coming to Chatsworth Tire for the last 5 years and every time I walk out with service done perfectly and tires at the lowest prices I can find! They just remodeled the store and now they have an air-conditioned waiting room with a TV, Vending machines (my kids love that) and free internet. Highly recommended! These guys are great! I had a flat tire yesterday, brought the car in. They asked if I'd bought the tire there; wasn't sure. He just looked me up by phone number to make sure I was in the database, then fixed the tire. No charge. I like to reward good customer service in businesses, so all my tire-purchases and tire service will be there from now on. Highly recommended!
Great service Great service...no complaints! We have been taking our cars to Chatsworth Tire for over twenty years. They have proven themselves to be honest and fair. We have never had a problem with any repair they have done. We actually enjoy taking our cars to them because they are so friendly.
