It is not very It is not very often that I am impressed with customer service. I was so happy with the advice and great service at Chatsworth Tire. I am happy to recommend these nice people. I even expected to need a full set of tires but they advised me that I really only needed two at this time. They did not take advantage of me. How nice was that. Quick, Efficient and courteous. I love you guys.
Great service The place has a great combination of service, and prices. Gil is the man! I needed to have 4 tires for the SUV and two tires for the car, and he quoted me a great price. He had them take care of the tires as well as do an alignment and the price and service was excellent! Especially with the warranty!
Thank You Recently we had bought a new/used car, and we noticed a slow leak in the tire. Went to Chatsworth Tires to see if they could patch the tire, only to find out that it had a bubble on the back side of tire. That wasn't really the bad news, it was ALL four tires had the same problem. We went ahead and bought four new tires from Chatsworth Tires. Excellent service & price Whenever I have a problem with my tires, I go to Chatsworth Tires. They have great prices, are very friendly, and don't try to rip you off at all (especially when a woman drives up). I've had tires that were low and they'll check to make sure there's no nail or something else and if it can be repaired, they'll do it for free. Their rotations are free too when you purchase their tires as well, even if you are a few thousand miles over your time to rotate - they don't void the warranty. Very fast too.... read more
Fair prices Their prices on tires are fair and they have a decent selection in stock. If they don’t have it, they can get it fast. They offer good warranties on their tires as well
Two thumbs up I brought in my Toyota tundra for some new tires and the manager gave me a great deal on a new set of four. They will definitely match prices if you call around and get other estimates. They've got all the big brands as well as ones that you've never heard of. I give these guys two thumbs up on price and service.
