I had a very unsettling experience with this office as a new patient. When I visited in person to make an appointment, the receptionist, Teresa, was rude and unprofessional. After a lot of back-and-forth, she gave me the necessary paperwork but said I wasn’t allowed to fill it out on-site due to ‘privacy concerns’ and told me I had to leave immediately.
