Dr. Damron and most of the staff were incredibly kind, caring and professional. There was one staff member who failed to follow up with me on two occasions when the entire right side of my face was swollen because of infection. Instead of apologizing, she only offered excuses. Were it not for the diligence of others in the office, I probably would have gone elsewhere.
Yesterday I was sent from my dentist here for an emergency appointment, I was in excruciating pain and infection. Dr. Morgan and all of the staff were straight forward, professional and personable and made my experience wonderful! Today my swelling is going down and I have only had to take pain medication once!!! I love this place, I will be scheduling for my my wisdom teeth to be extracted a soon as I am healed! I am also a self-pay patient and the prices were very reasonable!
So today I had a follow up appointment with the doctor who pulled out my wisdom teeth last Thursday. Since Monday I have been back at work (because it's hard to keep me away from my job, even on my days off) but have been working everyday with a headache caused by a dull ache coming from where the lower two wisdom teeth were as well as a decent amount of pain while eating. The best ever my daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled this week with no problems and lil pain!! Everyone is so sweet!!!
Awesome group of Doctors and Staff!!! They take great care of the patients that we refer to them and have wonderful bedside manner.
