    I would HIGHLY recommend this group!!! From the BEST front office staff I have ever experienced with a dental surgeon, (phone/scheduling/insurance staff), all the way to the back where you have the MOST AMAZING nursing and dental staff possible! Dr. Pesto is a very loving, kind and understanding dental surgeon and I just really can’t put into words how awesome this entire facility is and how strongly I recommend them. I have experienced two Statesboro offices and the drive to Pooler/Savannah was SO WORTH the extra mile. It’s so refreshing to go into a place of business and feel so appreciated and actually see and feel the love and joy these employees have to work here. Amazing experience, 5 STARS!!!

    The surgery went great the staff was very respectful they made us feel right at home the surgery didn’t take long they made sure he had all the proper documents to make sure when he gets home he be good

    I have been seen at the Pooler location. Dr Damron and his team are excellent - everyone from the receptionists onward are genuinely friendly, warm and couldn’t possibly make the environment and experience more comfortable. I felt at ease from the first consultation to multiple extractions this morning. Thank you to everyone! I will definitely be returning to this practice if any further work is needed.

    I don't like going to the dentist. However I had the best experience with Dr. Morgan. His staff is wonderful also. If you need an oral surgeon Dr. Morgan is you guy.
