Do not go here! My son had surgery here in 2017. We signed the contract and paid in full. I got a bill last month (dec2019) saying I owed them $456. Person I spoke with said their previous billing company made errors and that they are allowed to bill people up to 4 years after services. What?? And of coarse I can’t fight it because I don’t have my original paperwork. Also the office manager never returned my voicemail or email. Horrible crooks!!!
HORRIBLE billing department! Both of my kids had procedures here. They contacted my insurance company and then let me know how much the procedure would cost on my part. A year later, I get another bill stating I owe more. THREE years later, more bills! This happened with both of my children for different procedures at different times. This shows me this must be common practice for this group. It's sad because the doctor was great! We will not return!
Did procedures that we did NOT ask for and insurance does NOT cover, and did NOT tell anyone the insurance does not cover it or what they were doing until they tried to charge us $300. Tried to call half an hour before they closed and got an answering service. As far as I am concerned, this office is a scam. Nothing about our experience gives any faith in them.

From the BEST front office staff I have ever experienced with a dental surgeon, (phone/scheduling/insurance staff), all the way to the back where you have the MOST AMAZING nursing and dental staff possible! The surgery went great the staff was very respectful they made us feel right at home the surgery didn’t take long they made sure he had all the proper documents to make sure when he gets home he be good
I have been seen at the Pooler location. Dr Damron and his team are excellent - everyone from the receptionists onward are genuinely friendly, warm and couldn’t possibly make the environment and experience more comfortable. I felt at ease from the first consultation to multiple extractions this morning. Thank you to everyone! I will definitely be returning to this practice if any further work is needed.
Dr. pesto and Pooler staff are great! I will never go anywhere else!
