Maria M*****, the property manager, gave out confidential information regarding my credit score to another individual. She then told me, “It is not my problem, and it’s disrespectful and rude of you to call me after business hours.” I was shocked and in disbelief that any of this would happen. If it is after hours, why would she give me her phone number, and why would she answer my phone call if she felt so strongly about ‘after business hours’.
Chatel Real Estate...a company that supposedly "manages" my building The General Scott Condominiums in downtown DC...can't be bothered to communicate. As usual. The building manager decided of his own free will, last week, to write an email to the tenants and tell them that the air conditioning would be "switched" over on Thursday. This of course led to confusion, as is the case with most pronouncements from these people, about whether "switched" meant "turned on" or just no more heat, etc?
